We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive. We include extra shrimp to account for potential losses during transit.

In the unfortunate event of a loss, you are eligible for a refund or reshipment. To file a claim, please provide a photo and video of the deceased livestock in the unopened bag within one hour of the timestamped delivery time. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of reshipment is the buyer's responsibility. While we are not liable for carrier-related issues like lost packages or weather delays, we are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns.
